Hello Hugging Face Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a review of my Hugging Face accounts, which appear to have been suspended or restricted. I did not receive any email explaining the reason for the action, so I would be grateful if you could clarify what policy or activity triggered the suspension. For context, I was using multiple Hugging Face accounts for a personal software project. The accounts were used to host and operate different components of the same application. I understand that some activity may have unintentionally triggered your automated abuse detection systems, but I did not intend to violate Hugging Face’s Terms of Service or misuse the platform. If any aspect of my project or account activity was problematic, I would appreciate the opportunity to understand the issue and make the necessary changes to ensure full compliance with your policies. I value the Hugging Face platform and would be grateful if you could review my case and let me know whether my accounts can be reinstated or what steps I should take to resolve the situation. Oh… (If possible, use the email address you used to create your HF account) Sending an email to HF Support ([website@huggingface.co](mailto:website@huggingface.co)) should be your top priority. While you can occasionally get support through the forums, email is the only official channel, so it’s safer to send an email first. ---

Yeah, contacting HF Support by email is probably the right next step. Using the same email linked to the account can also help them verify it quicker.
